1. General Policy

As our services involve professional time, planning, and digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The client cancels the order before work has started.
  • Life-Cash Limited is unable to provide the agreed services.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents the service from being delivered.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Work has already commenced.
  • Services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
  • The client changes their mind after work has started.
  • The client fails to provide the required information or materials.
  • Delays or restrictions caused by third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, or other advertising platforms).
  • The client is dissatisfied with marketing results where the agreed services have been properly delivered.

4. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us by email and include:

  • Your full name
  • Invoice or order reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
