Digital marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, where work begins immediately upon project confirmation, all payments are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated.
Refunds may be considered if: cancelled within 24 hours of payment before work begins, we fail to deliver agreed services, or technical issues on our end prevent delivery.
Refunds will NOT be provided for: services delivered as agreed, dissatisfaction with results when services were correct, changes in client circumstances, third-party platform issues, or failure to provide required information.
To request a refund, email us with your order reference number and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
